Donation Refunds
The Salome Foundation deeply appreciates your generosity and support. Since we are a nonprofit organization that relies on donations to fund our charitable activities, we generally do not issue refunds for donations.
However, if you have made an error in your donation (e.g., incorrect amount, duplicate donation, or accidental transaction), please contact us within 7 days of your donation, and we will review your request.
Eligibility for Refund Requests
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
Technical errors (e.g., duplicate transactions due to system issues).
Unauthorized or fraudulent donations (e.g., made without the donor’s consent).
Significant mistakes (e.g., incorrect donation amount due to input error).

Processing Refunds
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Donations
Donations made for specific campaigns, emergency relief efforts, or where funds have already been allocated to a project may not be eligible for a refund.
